The objective of this course was to let students learn about the democratic development, constitutional system and political culture of Taiwan by providing them with seminars.
It involved four seminars provided by guest speakers in November 2011 and they covered topics including the impact of Taiwan democratic development on Hong Kong and China, the history of Taiwan politics and the current situation of Taiwan Presidential Election 2012. The details were as follows:
