Certificate First Aid Training 2017 (for Hall Orientation OC / Leaders / Workers) - Call for application

Target: To equip senior students in HKU Halls with proper knowledge and skills to handle accidents and injuries during orientation camp.

 

Application period:

22 May - 1 June, 2017

 

Training schedule:

3 July - 6 July, 2017, Mon - Thu, 09:30 - 17:00

Will be held in HKU campus, exact location is to be confirmed.

 

Examination schedule:

Will be held in the afternoon of a day 2 weeks after the training. Exact date is to be confirmed. 

 

This workshop is free of charge. $100 deposit will be collected upon enrolment. It will be refunded after completion of the training.

Maximum class size is 30. If the number of application exceeds, we guarantee at least 2 places to each hall.

Fund Raising Cycling 2017

Fund Raising Cycling is an annual charitable event organized by the residents of Simon K. Y. Lee Hall since 2005. It invites people from all walks of life to cycle around Hong Kong Island to raise funds while enjoying the fun of cycling. The coming Fund Raising Cycling will be held on 21 January, 2017. This year, our theme is “Keep The Will Moving”. The beneficiary of the event is A Drop of Life (ADOL), which has been working on water related charity projects and school reconstruction projects for 18 years.
