Outstanding Hall Student Award 2015-16 - Call for application
Outstanding Hall Student Award 2015-16 is now open for application.
The Committee on Halls established this award in year 2012 in order to recognise and award outstanding undergraduate hall students for their exceptional academic performance and elite contribution to the hall community. All undergraduate students who are a full member of any hall of HKU for the entire academic year of concern will be eligible for the Award.

Undergraduate hall-students, who have gained a GPA higher than or equivalent to 3.5, and have proactively participated in various hall activities and demonstrated significant contribution to the development of his/her hall, will be nominated to the selection committee by the warden.
The selection committee will shortlist the applicants for interviews and decide the final list of awardees. The value of each Award shall be HK$1,000, and a certificate signed by Vice-Chancellor or Pro-Vice-Chancellorwill be given as well.
Deadline of receiving application email by warden will be 1 December, 2016.

Fund Raising Cycling 2017
Fund Raising Cycling is an annual charitable event organized by the residents of Simon K. Y. Lee Hall since 2005. It invites people from all walks of life to cycle around Hong Kong Island to raise funds while enjoying the fun of cycling. The coming Fund Raising Cycling will be held on 21 January, 2017. This year, our theme is “Keep The Will Moving”. The beneficiary of the event is A Drop of Life (ADOL), which has been working on water related charity projects and school reconstruction projects for 18 years.
